Yes, the social media marketing software on our site is free to use although the features are limited to the following without a paid account:

How do print marketing services work?
Your subscription pays for the hours used to design, strategize and coordinate print marketing campaigns but does not include the cost to purchase, print or distribute those materials. You can choose to pay third party providers directly or through us as an additional charge separate from your regular plan. 

There are companies we frequently rely on to provide print and distribution services for marketing materials but we can send your designs to whichever provider you prefer. We will arrange for local pickup, direct mail or home/business delivery as needed.

What if I want SiteMarkit to maintain my websites without a service plan?
We offer separate website-only plans that do not include any hours of labor and are specifically meant for keeping domains, emails, hosting or feature licensing active. Please open a support ticket to discuss your requirements and setup a plan.

What happens to my website when I cancel?
SiteMarkit holds a number of agency licenses for various source codes used to develop its websites. Any agency-level licenses we maintain are provided to our active subscribers at no extra cost. However, you may still keep your website regardless of whether or not you choose to stay.

Should you want to take your website with you, we will supply you with your website’s .zip and .sql files but you will then be responsible for purchasing your website’s software licenses directly from their issuers. What licenses your website requires to continue functioning the same depends on the nature of the features requested. You may request a list of the premium licenses required for your specific website at any point before, during or after development.

Do you guarantee sales or traffic?
We provide the service of creating and publishing branded content. We do not guarantee sales or traffic.

What does my subscription include?
Your subscription pays for a set number of hours of computer labor per month. We have set a flat rate to make it easy to delegate a wide range of computer-based tasks. We also hold a number of software licenses our subscribers benefit from at no extra cost.

What is not included in my subscription?
Requests that incur third party costs will be charged separately prior to the expense such as that of an external sending service or the printing and shipping of promotional items.

What happens to unused hours?
Unused hours will be rolled over into the next month. You may also suspend your account if you’d like to finish using the hours you’ve already purchased before buying more.

When will my card be charged?
Autopay is set for the 25th of each month until you cancel. Plans started before or after the 25th will be pro-rated.

How do I cancel?
You may upgrade, downgrade, suspend or cancel your account in the subscription section of your account page.

For that reason, our assistance is computer-based only. However, our assistants can refer you to a 24 hour live answering service that specializes in reception. 

What are digital assistants?
