The difference between the plans is space – so it really depends on how much space you need.

Normally COACH is suitable for most small businesses: It’s enough space that people can generally have a website up to 50 pages and a few email accounts and never need to move up.

BUSINESS or FIRST-CLASS  is required for larger businesses and would only be needed if you need a lot of space. Bussiness facing the following issues might need a business/first class plan: 

• Years of emails build up without ever being deleted that eventually result in having to decide whether you want to export some information to free up space or purchase more space

• It is a business that has a lot of employees that will need email accounts

• It is a business that sells a lot of products/articles – they will need more space on their website to host all the product pages and images.
