WHAT DOES THE MONTHLY FEE COVER?
Once you have a website, it will need some place to live. The monthly service fee is to cover the cost of the server space needed to host your web pages and emails along with your website’s necessary ongoing back-end maintenance tasks.
WHICH PLAN IS RIGHT FOR ME?
The difference between the plans is space – so it really depends on how much space you need.
Normally COACH is suitable for most small businesses: It’s enough space that people can generally have a website up to 50 pages and a few email accounts and never need to move up.
BUSINESS or FIRST-CLASS is required for larger businesses and would only be needed if you need a lot of space. Bussiness facing the following issues might need a business/first class plan:
Years of emails build up without ever being deleted that eventually result in having to decide whether you want to export some information to free up space or purchase more space
It is a business that has a lot of employees that will need email accounts
